Booking and Payment:

a. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding photography services on the agreed date(s). The remaining balance is due on or before the wedding day.
b. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within a specified timeframe (to be stated), a percentage of the total fee may be charged.

Services:

a. The photographer(s) will make every reasonable effort to capture the requested moments and provide high-quality photographs.
b. The client understands and accepts that the photographer’s creative judgment and editing styles will be applied to the final selection of photographs.

Copyright and Usage:

a. The copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer. The client will receive a personal usage license, allowing them to print and share the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. The client must not sell, modify, or publish the photographs without obtaining written permission from the photographer.

Image Delivery:

a. The photographer will deliver the final edited images within a specified timeframe (to be stated). This may vary depending on the package selected.
b. The number of photographs delivered is not guaranteed and may depend on various factors, including the duration of the photography session and the events that occur during the wedding.

Cooperation:

a. The client will provide a schedule of the wedding day events and any specific shots or moments they wish to be captured. The photographer will not be held responsible for missed shots due to the unavailability of required individuals or delays caused by other vendors or circumstances beyond their control.
b. The client will ensure reasonable cooperation with the photographer to capture the desired photographs, including providing access to requested locations and arranging necessary permissions.

Liability:

a. The photographer will take utmost care and backup the photographs to prevent loss or damage. In the event of equipment failure, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability will be limited to the refund of any fees paid.
b. The client agrees to release the photographer and their associates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the wedding photography services.

Model Release:

a. The client grants the photographer the right to use selected photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to their portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If the client wishes to keep their wedding photographs private, they must notify the photographer in writing before the wedding day.

By booking the wedding photography services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
